Customer Letters
This letter is from Mr. Jack
Seeley, and describes the
two trikes linked:
The Black trike is owned by a
lady that turns 75 this
October. She learned how to
ride by driving a sidecar. In
fact, she doesn't have a
motorcycle license, she has a
3 wheel license. The 3 wheel
license is a really easy road
test, so if you are worried
about passing a motorcycle
test just to drive a trike. Take
the test on the trike. Doris
sold her sidecar rig for the
trike. She finds it easier to
handle and a lot more
fun.
The Illusion Blue trike belongs
to Donna. Donna is 4'11" and
used to drive a Yahama V-Star
1100. She gave the V-Star to
her husband, took his wing
and had it triked. The
comment after nearly every
ride is; " I don't feel the stress
I used to have riding the
V-Star. I don't have to worry
about gravel, sharp right hand
turns, and uneven payment
when coming to a stop." The
trike is the best thing there is
to allow you to enjoy the
country and all it's beauty.
Both of these trikes were built
by Mid-State Trikes. We have
looked at every trike company
there is and what made us
purchase both trikes from
Mid-State is the quality job
they do. When you take your
new trike home, you will be
very pleased. We are
extremely happy with
Mid-State Trikes and
recommend them to everyone
looking to make the leap to a
--Jack, Donna, and Mom
A Freeville, NY buyer says:
"My wife, wonderful woman
that she is, decided to
motorcycle through each
summer. In the process of
'looking' she saw a Motor
Trike, a real beauty. Two days
later I was the astonished
owner of a 1986 Honda
Goldwing Aspencade LE
1200cc motor on 3 wheels.
This machine is intensely
beautiful. It also looks like an
original trike, except Honda
never made a 3 wheel
Goldwing. Looking at the
underside of the trike from the
floor up is at least as beautiful
as the rest of the machine.
Jim built a fine trike and
friendship and I thank him!"
From a couple in Newark,
NY:
Before converting their 1990
Honda Goldwing last
summer, a Newark, NY
couple had more "bad back"
days than good and deciding
whether they felt good
enough or not for a long
motorcycle ride became an
issue before each trip. They
looked around at other
trikes, tried different ones at
various rallies and decided
that a Motor Trike conversion
was what they wanted. No
more discomfort on long
rides now that they have a
trike. They say they would
have gone with a trike
conversion even without
physical issues because it
allows them to take longer,
more enjoyable trips.
"Another added benefit is that
the bike is bigger, there are
more lights and we are more
visible!"
